Productions

The production of crude oil involves three separate steps: exploration, drilling and the actual production or bringing of the oil to the surface.

These steps may be done by one or more separate companies, which may or may not also be involved in the refining, distribution and/or marketing of refined petroleum products. After water and sediment are removed, the crude oil is transported to a refinery for processing.

Our oil petroleum refinery has industrial process plant where crude oil is refined and transformed into different useful products like gasoline, diesel, heating oil, liquefied petroleum gas, kerosene, fuel oils, and jet fuel.

Ripple Energy Resource oil refinery play an essential role in the manufacturing and production of petroleum products for use as fuels for heating, transportation, generating electricity, paving roads, and as feedstocks for the manufacturing of plastics and other chemicals.

Once separated, crude oil components are sold to various industries to serve a wide array of purposes. We process hundreds of thousands of oil barrels in a day.

Our oil refinery services are known to be a downstream operation in the industry, although some oil firms operate both as an extraction and refining service. The refining process is typically referred to as the downstream sector, since this stage involves oil being sent down the product value chain for processing, as well as selling its products to other firms, private individuals, or businesses.

Our refinery also serve as the 2nd stage in the production process of crude oil following upstream crude oil extraction. Read More

Oil Marketing

Ripple Energy Resources Refinery has a well-developed marketing strategy and infrastructure for the sale of petroleum products on both domestic and international markets. By 2021, Ripple Energy Resources Refinery’s petroleum product export sales will have climbed to 25.3 million tons. (By contrast, 10.2 million tons are expected in 2022). By making separate deliveries of high-quality fuel oil produced at the refinery to Baltic and Black Sea ports in 2021, the Company was able to successfully increase the market value of this product in 2022.

The company keeps an eye on the economic performance of oil monetization channels in order to increase the proportion of high-margin channels in the overall sales structure. In 2021, the Company expects to supply roughly 1.2 million tons of oil to its own Kazakhstan activities, a 15% increase over 2022. (According to refinery deliveries since October 2022). The acquisition in 2022 was primarily responsible for the increase in supply volumes. In 2022, the Corporation supplied 1.1 million tons of its own oil to factories having a stake in the Company, a 3% increase over the previous year.

In 2022, oil shipments to nearby and distant countries are estimated to exceed 2.8 million tons. The eastern route is the most economically advantageous for the Company among the oil export channels – supply via pipeline to China, sales in the ports of Kazakhstani. Supplies to the East totaled 7.7 million tons in 2023, a 10.7% rise over the previous year. Moreover, 65.7 million tons of oil were shipped by the firm to countries in Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe, the Mediterranean, and other remote locations. Exports to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) totaled 8 million tons.
